To help you succeed as an FTF grant partner, we’ve created these orientation trainings for you and your staff.
Your organization will be expected to follow certain guidelines for a variety of areas. Below are links to orientation videos that provide an overview of each area.
Your organization may have different departments covering these areas. If so, please make sure the appropriate training reaches the appropriate person. For example, if your organization has a marketing department, please make sure your director of marketing reviews the marketing orientation.

Overview
This presentation includes an overview of the First Things First Grantee Orientation.
Grants, Contracts and Finance
This video is intended for individuals responsible for the administrative roles of grants management. Submitting reimbursements, budget modifications, staff change notifications, program narrative and data reporting or data change requests and general contractual questions.
Program Implementation and Data Reporting
This video is intended for individuals who implement and/or supervise the program implementation and/or data collection of a program/strategy.
Communications and Branding
This video is intended for individuals who support public presentations, site tours, or communications and marketing of your program and/or organization.
FTF’s Partnerships and Tribes
This video is intended for individuals providing services in a tribal community.
