First Things First invests in proven programs and innovative strategies that help prepare children for success in school and later in life. This First Things First Strategy Toolkit provides detailed information on all our strategies currently implemented through regional and state program funding and partnerships.
Intended Use
The Strategy Toolkit is intended to support FTF regional partnership councils, the statewide Board, grant partners and the many other early childhood system partners in strategic planning, developing and implementing programs, and other collaborative efforts to produce measurable outcomes for young children in Arizona. We encourage you to review the Standard of Practice as many have changed for State Fiscal Year 2024.
All documents included in the toolkit are for State Fiscal Year 2024. Current grant partners can find documents for State Fiscal Year 2023 by going to our Partner Grant Management System (PGMS).
